    What is the Estimated Time Frame to Expect Results?
During the first month, clients can expect to see positive results. However, it can take up to three months to reach optimal results. At this point, clients generally see a greater spike in calls, conversions and/or clicks. The time frame may vary from client to client and is influenced by their market. For example, some markets are highly competitive, increasing cost-per-click bids for all advertisers. This is something we consider during the campaign creation and optimization process.

    What can I expect in the first month?
The results that you can expect from the first month of search advertising management are highly individual. Many factors play into it. It might take a bit longer than a month to reach profitability. We need to test out different ad copy and keywords, among other metrics.

    Can I get my money back if I’m not satisfied?
If you feel we truly dropped the ball on your campaign and didn’t set up performance for success, we offer a money-back guarantee. We value our customer service and will right the situation.

    Do you guarantee results?
No. It’s impossible to give guarantees in an industry where we bid on an auction-based system that fluctuates placement over time. Some factors cannot be controlled. For instance, if a client landing page becomes a lot slower, it might penalize the quality score. These things are out of our control and make a guarantee impossible.

    What type of match keywords do you use?
We typically use phrase and exact keywords. But, we will use broad match if we see an opportunity. 

    How many keywords will my campaign have?
Depending on the market, we use between 100 and 250 keywords per campaign.

    What type of support do I receive?
All packages come with full email support. All packages also come with weekly and monthly campaign performance reports. If you need some phone time, that’s not a problem!

    Can I change my daily budget?
Yes, you can change your daily budget whenever you wish. Just let us know how you want it adjusted, and we’ll take care of it immediately.

    How do I cancel my service?
You can cancel anytime by contacting your account manager with the request, and we’ll process the cancellation right away.

    Can I log into my Google Ads account?
Clients have account access 100% of the time.

    Can I upgrade or downgrade my service?
Absolutely! You’ll be able to upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. All you need to do is contact your account manager, and we’ll take care of it for you.
