Create Real Estate Investor Landing Pages that Convert
Why should Real Estate Investor test their landing page? To create landing pages that convert!
There are two components to gain motivated sellers for your real estate investor business. First, is to drive more traffic to your website. Second, is to persuade that traffic to convert into leads.
The second component is where testing your landing page can provide a pay off.
What should a real estate investor test for landing page landing page optimization?
To run a proper A/B test, you should choose which elements you want to test and change the version on the page. After you’ve gained enough data about which version has performed better, you can use that page for your real estate investor PPC campaign.
Below are five common test methods you should be using to build landing pages that convert.
- Your headline. Usually the main headline of the page contains your persuasion statement. Test having a headline or not, font size, position, and different styles.
- Your call to action (CTA). The call to action is your final push to get visitors to convert. Statements such as, “Get Your Fair Offer Now” or “Get A Cash Offer On Your House in 24 Hours” are examples of CTA’s to encourage visitors to sign up right away. The call to action copy options are almost endless. Test various text options in order to see what works for your market.
- Test your sign up form. Try different amount of required information. Is five questions better than six? Find that perfect number of required fields. Also, try changing the titles of the information that you’re seeking. For example, does “Property Address” perform better than “House Address”? Also, test the number of sign up forms on your landing page. Does it help to have a form at the top and bottom of your page, or just one at the top?
- Change up the length and style of your landing page copy. Is more descriptive text better than less, getting to the point text? Doesn’t it help to bullet point six issues that you as an investor can help a potential seller avoid? Or, drop the bullets and just try straight ad text. Some products and services, more product details may be important for decision making process.
- Change your design. How does different button colors, arrows, logos, YouTube videos, and testimonials grade. Change the contrast of your landing page to make more informed decisions. Making informed decisions should lead to landing pages that convert to quality leads.
An easy option to track your test results is by using Google Analytics. Set up an experiment for your landing page to see what changes convert the best. Lean how to set up an experiment.
After continued testing you will get a pretty good idea of what works and what doesn’t. Then you can fine-tune your real estate investor landing pages that convert into continued quality lead success.
